Psychotherapy

You’re ready for more.

Even highly self-aware people can find themselves stuck—relationally, creatively, or within their own internal world. You might be wrestling with old shame or burnout from trying so hard to grow. Maybe you feel like you’re circling the same insights without anything actually shifting. Or perhaps you’re craving clarity about what your life is actually meant to look like—what bold, authentic living means on your terms—but you don’t know how to start.

Maybe you’ve already done a lot of work—years of therapy, coaching, self-reflection—and still feel like something vital remains untouched. Or maybe something recent has shaken your sense of stability, and you know it needs tending before it hardens into something heavier.

Underneath it all, there's often a sense that you're ready for more. More vitality, more honesty, more connection. More of yourself in the room.

Real Work in Real Time

What happens between us is the work. Our work together is relational, experiential, and rooted in the here-and-now. I draw on Functional Analytic Psychotherapy (FAP), feminist therapy, and polyvagal theory to create a space that’s attuned to both your nervous system and your values.

Sessions are dynamic and collaborative. We’ll pay close attention to how you show up with yourself and with me—using the therapy relationship as a live space to notice, shift, and expand patterns. You’ll have space to feel, to experiment, to speak truths you’ve long kept quiet. And you’ll be met with realness and care, not a clinical blank slate.

What to Expect

Therapy here is about developing a freer, more congruent version of yourself—not just understanding what happened to you, but choosing how to live now.

Clients often become more emotionally flexible, less reactive, more connected to their bodies and needs, and more able to take meaningful risks in relationships and life.

You might find yourself saying what you mean more often. Avoiding joy—or pain—less frequently. Resting without guilt. Being brave enough to want again.
